all in all a good option. big room with a large balcony

decent and quite okay hotel near the beach and Main Street. The breakfast was good and an all-round good atmosphere at the hotel. Nothing spectacular, but the location makes up for it

Hotel in very good area 2 mins 2 strip 2 mins to beach

Bedroom was newish but the bathroom needs a complete renovation to old / and after 2 days into holiday the hotel stopped doing omelettes and pancakes for some reason not acceptable for this to happen

Location was good, lots of sunbeds nice pool. Most of the staff were efficient and helpful.

Food wasn’t great minimal choice, rooms clean but not to a high standard. Beds/pillows weren’t comfortable and some of the plug sockets didn’t work.

Great location, friendly staff, rooms were clean. Kids and I enjoyed the pool.

Rooms and other areas of the hotel are outdated and needed a renovation. Food is subpar, breakfast is good option, better off going elsewhere for lunch and dinner. You need to pay for WiFi and also to use the room safe.

A beautiful bargain

Please don’t listen to the reviews of this property. Me and my partner felt a bit worried about our holiday due to the moaning people give it in the reviews. Firstly we had the most sensational corner room with floor to ceiling windows as well as a big balcony with a sea view. The food was great for us I am a pescatarian and only struggled to find a good meal one night as that was the ‘Cyprus Night’ as each night has a theme. The fresh choices of salad at lunch on top of fresh sea bass, white fish or even just a fried fish and chips on the days when you’re hungover. The food really couldn’t have been better for the price we paid. I especially loved the pancakes and omelettes made to order at breakfast time - although could have done with one more staff member making omelettes as the queue got large some days. The location couldn’t be any better, a few minutes walk to the beach and a few mins in the other direction to the strip as well as opposite an ATM, a shop and right near a bus stop too. The pool was always clean and plenty of beds to not have to worry about reserving some early in the morning. The pool is also large in comparison to other hotels in the area. The drinks menu is extensive and shout-out to Sofia and Ahmed who work long long hours on the outside bar by the pool! Me and my partner ended up with our own customised cocktail named the Sofia special ! The cleaners - we loved them - they knew our sleeping schedule by day 3 and left our room til last ensuring they didn’t wake us up. Special shout out to Andrula, she is one of the cleaners who was super lovely. The beds were comfy and we was given an extra pillow when asked for. The bathroom was super large but did get hot. The air con was great.

I didn’t find much to dislike however : The bed was 2 singles pushed together to make a double. The hierarchy of staff and clear pay difference was obvious with the restaurant manager being a bit rude to the waiters and waitresses. The other staff who were waiters and waitresses especially the guy who puts food out each night were all lovely. The corridors could be a bit cleaner I don’t think the carpet helps. There should be an option to buy water at night time as we went down for water one night and there was no where to even purchase a water from.

Great location, simple but clean and neat. The dinner was really good too!

The bed was horrible. It was not a double bed, it was two single beds put together, so sometimes you will wake up falling in between. Also the small cushions were really uncomfortable, I had to use my backpack to sleep on.

Hotel Managers and staff are simply the best! Great location ambience and good value for money .

We loved the Staff above all! Both the Managers for the day and night shift ( can’t remember their names at all one has a French beard and the other is on the shorter side ) and the Bulgarian Lady were very pleasant and hospitable. Our booking was for 2 people and our 9 yr old was not included( my mistake ) . They managed to work it out and upgraded our initial room to a much larger one with sea views . The restaurant staff and manager were very warm and friendly. The food was varied and always good and fresh We felt very well taken care of. Highly recommend

1) The location is ideal because it is exactly at the beginning of the main coast side. Also, many facilities near by. 2) The cleanliness was at a very good point. 3) Lunch and dinner buffet at a good price compared to the quality.

1) It needs renovation. Old furniture in the rooms, old carpets in the halls 2) At the reception, the staff was loud when discussing internal issues and this did not look professional at all. Also, every morning at breakfast, you could hear someone literally yelling from the kitchen, which again looked unprofessional. 3) The shower gels were not replaced when finished and had to ask from the reception. Minor detail but enhances the unprofessionalism sense that I had. 4) Breakfast needs major improvement in terms of the quality of products offered. Bread, cheese, meat (ham etc.), jams and many others are very low quality.

Nice soundproof rooms, comfortable beds, big pool. Good price for the great location

- The food was very average, good variety but not great quality, especially the breakfast. - Only one old small elevator - The gym was super old, smelled bad and half of the machines were not working. - Worst pillows I've ever seen in a hotel. - Many of the staff weren't very welcoming - The shower head was very low. If you are over 1.80m it's very uncomfortable - Some of the rooms had decent balcony chairs but ours had the cheapest plastic basic chairs you can find.

In general good experience but with still few areas of improvement.

The location was fantastic-just 2 minutes walk from the beach. the food (breakfast and dinner) was fresh and tasty with a great selection. Also the bedrooms were cleaned and comfortable. In general we had a great experience in this hotel

Part of the staff (in the pool bar) weren’t so friendly, even though the majority of the staff was really kind and helpful. The cleaning of the buffet area needs better attention (especially with the bad smell)
